Christmas is coming but not before Advent! Advent is a beautiful season and yet often neglected in our hurry to get to Christmas. The days of Advent are fewer than usual this year, which gives an opportunity have a really inspiring and spiritually awakening Advent by taking on and trying something new at the beginning of this Christian year. So start thinking now what that will be and if you need any help or guidance speak to Fr David or Fr Phillip.

Throughout Advent

Sleeping Bags

Reverse Advent Calendar The basic principle behind this idea is that we give during the weeks of advent rather than receive. For our parish it would seem a good idea for us to use this occasion to make up kits for the homeless.
