Fortunately, we are still open for public worship and private prayer daily between 8.30 and Noon with Mass at 10.00am (Livestreamed), Unfortunately we have had to close St Thomas’ for the lockdown period. If you are healthy and able to help staff the church on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, please let Fr. David know.

Fiona Hazeel RIP- It was with great sadness that we heard the news of the death of Fiona on Thursday, Fiona was a great servant of the gospel and this Mission Community. We pray for the repose of her soul and offer prayers for consolation for her family.

Prize Draw – Pre Lent Hamper.  Takes place today!

Ash Wednesday and Lent.Ash Wednesday is this Wednesday, there will be a Mass at 10.00am & 7.30pm. We have received guidance from the Church of England on how to celebrate the ceremonies of Lent and Easter safely and we will be following that guidance. We will be able to provide you with study materials and to run an online Lent course which will be on Tuesday evenings, if you are able to to do Zoom and would like to take part please email Fr David this week and he will send you the link. Friday Mass will be proceeded by Stations of the Cross. On Saturdays during Lent we will have a Holy Hour at 11.00am- noon and on Sunday evenings there will be a Lent Liturgy at 6.00pm. We hope to livestream as much of this programme of services as possible. We will also be having a Mission Community collection throughout Lent for Derriford Hospital, in lieu of Lent Boxes, please think of some ways in which you could contribute.

PCC Emergency MeetingWe need to have an Emergency Meeting with just 2 items on the agenda, if you could gather in a socially distanced way after Mass this morning and if those not able to be in church wanted a Zoom invitation to the Meeting, please email Fr David

If you want to talk to someone, please do not hesitate to give Fr David or any of the other clergy a ring
